What products can be sold on our platform?
Coaches and athletes have the freedom to sell a wide variety of goods and services. Products have customizable access to the training calendar, chat area, and electronic file delivery system. This flexibility in product creation creates endless possibilities. To fully understand what each product offers, carefully read their descriptions, their stated permissions and pricing information. The following types of products are examples of what coaches and athletes can sell on our platform:
Coaching: Our platform enables the delivery of updated, live training through our training calendar and chat area. These features can also be used to coordinate in-person sessions.
Training Plans: A variety of training materials, including both custom and standard training plans, can be delivered via electronic file to "Purchased Documents & Videos", found in the Training Center.
Demonstration Videos: Our platform enables the delivery of videos that demonstrate how to perform certain athletics-related activities.

Products Policy
We want to protect our community from fraud, bullying, criminal activity, and more. We have a comprehensive, internally-used list of banned goods and services. Anything that violates the law, is explicit, can potentially harm users or compromises the integrity of the platform in any way will be removed, and disciplinary action will ensue. People who find these types of products on our platform are encouraged to contact us via the customer service portal. We hold the right to take down any product, ban users, and coordinate with law enforcement as we see necessary.
We hold sellers accountable for their product descriptions. If their goods or services do not meet the standards they described, we reserve the right to reverse their charge and ban them from the platform. Please note that it is impossible to examine the context of every transaction on an online platform. Therefore, higher-priced, large-scale refunds take precedent so we can best serve as many people as possible.
